I’ve got all the pieces from my shopping list to make my 3D DLP printer now. Based on Matstermind’s Chimera Instructable, I’m giving an old Mitsubishi Projector a new life in what I’m calling my Phoenix DLP Printer. More posts coming soon.

I was catching up on some tech blogs the morning and found this video on 3D printing. I’m seriously impressed with the way 3D printing is moving forward. It’s no longer a quirky garage project, or a specialist industry. 3D printing is becoming a affordable way of home manufacturing.
